A Rebirth of Possibility

This meditation was written for the first Easter Sunday after the COVID-19 Pandemic took hold. It was designed to help listeners connect with nature as they found the resilience to cope with grief and hardship. It was filmed in the back garden of my former home in Oakland, CA.
